  • Sessions 1-5 will address 2 Leadership Confidence Strategies per session
  • Final session is “Role-Playing” ….test to see what you will do under pressure.
  • Bi-weekly assignments that need to be completed before our next session to keep you progressing towards the new you
  • Voxer supports Mon-Fri (except for U.S. holidays), so you know I am there to support your success!
  • Monitoring and adjusting your action plan to ensure you are on the right track

So how do I know I’m the right person to help you?

Many years ago, when I was a junior officer in the US Army Reserve, I thought I was equipped with everything I needed to be successful in a competitive work environment:

Well, what I quickly found out was that I was an easy target and fellow colleagues took shots at me to discredit me in front of others they lifted themselves up by putting me down but then I met someone who told me I am a lamb in alliance world I needed to know how to defend myself or I would get destroyed… That moment changed my life

I was determined to make it in my career! Then I attracted a game changing mentor who schooled me on what it takes to make it in a toxic or competitive work environment.  Boy, has it helped!

I have put together 10 Leadership Confidence Strategies that have helped me exceed for the past 20 years!
